Research & Sourcing
Enter a benchmark — structured or free text — and the BooleanBrain platform finds candidates across LinkedIn, local databases, and industry directories. Cross-references your CRM (e.g. Bullhorn) to flag candidates already in your system. A Chrome extension lets recruiters capture profiles with one click while browsing LinkedIn.
Enrichment Engine
For each candidate in the pool, BooleanBrain pulls data from every available source and builds a complete profile. AI scores each candidate against the benchmark with per-criterion breakdown, strengths, gaps, and risk flags. Supports manual enrichment via drag-and-drop CRM reports, pasted LinkedIn content, and uploaded CVs.
Pre-Call Report
BooleanBrain imports your existing CRM report as a base template and enhances it with data from all sources — turning a bare-bones summary into a complete dossier. Executive summary, full career overview, benchmark match with evidence, company financials from registries, ownership and directorships, public profile, and compliance checks. All inline-editable. Your CRM output becomes the starting point, BooleanBrain does the rest.
Outreach
BooleanBrain drafts personalized outreach messages based on the role benchmark and each candidate's profile. Sent via LinkedIn or email. Incoming responses are automatically classified: interested, not interested, questions. Follow-up scheduling is automated. Manual outreach (calls, meetings) can be logged into the same timeline.
Interview & Transcription
Record candidate interviews via Teams or Zoom, then BooleanBrain transcribes and extracts structured insights. Multi-language support: Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, English, and code-switching between them. Cross-references what the candidate says with the data in their dossier to flag discrepancies.
Post-Call Report
BooleanBrain combines the pre-call dossier, interview insights, and recruiter assessment into a complete candidate report. Competency assessment scored using all inputs with evidence cited. Motivation, availability, salary, discrepancies, and recommendation — all inline-editable. The system learns your tone from historical reports.
CRM Sync
BooleanBrain keeps your CRM (Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, or others) in sync with everything happening in the platform. Bi-directional: new candidates, status changes, reports, outreach activity, and notes flow both ways. Conflict resolution shows both versions and lets the recruiter decide. CRM-agnostic design — if you switch CRM, only the adapter changes.
Central Knowledge Base
Every candidate ever researched gets a permanent, growing record in the BooleanBrain knowledge base. Data accumulates across searches — the second time a candidate appears, everything from the first search is already there. Query any information, browse complete history, and reuse candidates for new positions instantly. Every data point tagged with source and date.
